The primary focus of the program is to educate your social workers and welfare directors on how to influence with integrity, the welfare recipients motivation to enter or re-enter the job market. During training, the participants learn subtle but effective models that produce inner change and drive outward action. As his presentation begins, the participants are guided to their highest learning state that is somewhere between 10 and 100 times greater than normal retention. An initial demonstration locks in the learning state, placing the learning deeply into the mind for exceptional retention.

Demonstrations performed along with group participations will install learning at deeper levels. As understanding becomes enlightenment, solutions develop that ultimately create new models in the motivational scheme. Strategies uncover the underlying beliefs that limit the welfare recipients’ ability to become employed.
